Premier Kinetic Auto Relay
Seiko Premier Kinetic Auto Relay, case reference 5J22-0D60, from the early 2000s. The stainless-steel case measures 39.7 mm excluding the crown and is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a polished bezel set with twelve round inset studs. The white dial features large outlined Arabic numerals, a printed minute track, luminous skeleton hands and a date window at 3 o'clock. The watch is powered by the Seiko 5J22A Kinetic Auto Relay movement (13 jewels). It is charged by the wearer's motion and requires no conventional battery changes. If the watch is left unworn, the hands stop to conserve energy; when it is picked up and moved again, the hands automatically advance to the correct time.
The caseback still retains its original Seiko protective film, which indicates the watch has seen little or no wear. The polished case and bezel nevertheless show light surface marks, most likely from storage and handling, and the protective film is scuffed. The dial and hands present cleanly. The previous leather strap had deteriorated and has been replaced with the current one, which is in good condition. The watch is functioning correctly. Service history and capacitor age are unknown. Watch only. No box or papers. Shipped fully insured, tracked, and signature-required worldwide.
